Special Request: With summer in full swing we are experiencing more short notice cancellations, which can cause havoc on the organizational side of managing tee times, rearranging pairings and communication issues. We have a solution: We kindly suggest players hold off signing up until they are more certain to commit.

Why? It is easier to add a last-minute player into the schedule than lose players with short notice and have to rework all players accordingly.

Life happens, we just hope the suggestion of waiting to sign up until certain of intent to participate is a win/win solution for players and those behind the scenes making it happen. Thanks!!
